1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect and why

Supplier requests. If you send the “Request to be included” form, we receive the company name, your name, your e-mail address, the market, the product type, the approval and its number, and your message. We use this only to assess your request and to reply to you. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before an agreement, and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries.

Server records. The hosting server records technical data (IP address, browser type, date, time and the page requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running and protecting the site.

We do not use advertising, remarketing or analytics trackers on this website, and visitors do not need an account.

3. Your project data

The ADIT programs run online, in your browser. The projects you create are saved on your own computer, not on our servers. Through this website we do not receive, read or store the contents of your calculation files.

4. The AI agent

The website has an optional AI agent that answers questions about the programs and this website. When you use it, the text you type is sent from our server to an AI service provider (Anthropic, PBC, United States) only to produce the answer, which is then shown to you. We do not store your questions or the answers and do not use them for advertising; we keep only anonymous counters (number of requests and volume) and a short-lived technical record that limits abuse. Please do not enter personal or confidential data in the agent. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing the service you asked for. The provider processes the data under its own terms and safeguards for transfers to the United States.

5. Cookies

This website sets only cookies that are technically necessary, for example to keep the site secure and to remember your cookie choice. It sets no tracking or advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings.

6. Other services

The fonts and the 3D graphics library used by this website are served from our own server, so your browser does not contact other companies to display these pages. If you follow a link to another website, that site's own privacy policy applies.

7. Who receives your data

Our hosting provider, our e-mail services and, if you use the AI agent, its AI service provider process data on our behalf. We do not sell or rent personal data. We are based in Israel, which the European Commission recognises as offering an adequate level of data protection; where our providers process data in other countries we rely on appropriate safeguards.

8. How long we keep it

Supplier requests are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, then deleted or archived as the law requires. Server records are kept by the host for a short period only.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you may ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a portable copy, or object to processing. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Residents of US states such as California may have similar rights to know, correct and delete their data; we do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.

To use a right, write to us at the address above or use the request form. We reply within 30 days.

10. Children

This website is meant for professionals and people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
