These terms apply to your use of projectadit.com and of the ADIT programs available through it.
1. Legal notice

2. Free to use
The ADIT programs are free to use, online, without registration. We intend to keep them free. We may change, suspend or stop a program or a feature, and will try to announce major changes.
3. Engineering responsibility
The programs are tools for qualified professionals. Results depend on the data you enter, the assumptions you choose, and the standards and editions implemented. Every result must be checked by a qualified engineer, who remains fully responsible for the design, for compliance with the standards and laws that apply to the project, and for signing the calculation. Do not rely on a result without that check.
4. No warranty, limited liability
To the extent the law allows, the website and the programs are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for loss or damage arising from their use or from not being able to use them, including errors in results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or consumer rights that cannot be waived.
5. Standards and codes
Standards and codes belong to their publishers. The programs implement their rules to help you calculate and do not reproduce or distribute them. Check that the edition and national annex implemented are the ones that apply in your country.
6. Names and trademarks
Product, program and company names on this website, including those mentioned to describe an alternative or comparable program, belong to their owners. They are used only to identify programs and do not imply any link with, approval by or endorsement from those owners.
7. Supplier listings
A supplier listing is a paid service, available only for products with valid international or local approvals, which we check before publishing. Sending the request form does not create a contract: terms and fees are agreed in writing. We may refuse or remove a listing, for example when an approval expires. A listing is not a recommendation: the engineer remains responsible for choosing the product.
8. Intellectual property
The software, texts, logo and design of this website belong to Adit Ltd or its licensors. You may use the programs and link to this website; any other copying needs our written permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel, without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. The courts of Israel have jurisdiction, subject to those rules.
